Swiss-Asia Holding Pte Ltd is a Singapore-Registered Financial Holding Company with two main subsidiaries; Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd (SAFS) and Swiss-Asia Asset Management (HK) Ltd (SAAM). Founded in 2004 by Mr Olivier Mivelaz, Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) License under the Singapore Securities and Futures Act (SFA) to conduct regulated activities in Fund Management and Advisory for accredited and institutional investors.

Swiss-Asia Asset Management (HK) Ltd holds a License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance from the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to carry out regulated activities in Fund Management (Type 9) and Advisory (Type 4) for professional investors only.

2. Description of Website

Access to and use of the www.swissasia-group.com website (the “Site”) and the materials found on it (the “Content”), including the investment products referred to on it (the “Investment Products”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (these “Terms”). By clicking the confirmation at the bottom of these Terms, you signify that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Content is made available by Swiss-Asia Holding Pte Ltd (SAH).

This Site offers information about SAFS, SAAM and their affiliates and the approach to developing and providing fully-serviced alternative investment products, the products themselves, performance and investment opportunities.
