Full Licensed and Committed to Compliance
Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd Singapore and Swiss-Asia Asset Management Ltd Hong Kong hold the relevant licenses to operate a fund management and advisory firm, including:
A Capital Markets Services (CMS) License under the Singapore Securities and Futures Act (SFA) to conduct regulated activities in Fund Management and Advisory for accredited investors.
A License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance from the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to carry out regulated activities in Fund Management (Type 9) and Advisory (Type 4) for professional investors

Olivier Mivelaz, CEO & Founder
Olivier is a Swiss national with 40 years of international banking and finance experience acquired amongst others as Managing Director and Board Member of various Swiss banks in Europe, USA and Asia.
Following a long and distinguished career Olivier decided to set up Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd in 2004 – one of the very first Singapore licensed independent Wealth and Fund Management companies.
Faced with strong market demand the company expanded to Hong Kong in 2011. Today Swiss-Asia Financial Services has grown into the biggest Wealth Management & Fund Platform in South East Asia with over 2,5 Billion USD AUM.
STEVE KNABL, COO & Managing Partner
Steve Knabl, a Swiss national, joined Swiss-Asia in January of 2008, and has 20 years’ experience working in the Trading, Wealth Management and Alternative Funds space. Before joining the Swiss-Asia team, Steve spent 10 years as the Head of Trading and Treasury for Swissquote Bank in Geneva.
Steve is also registered as a Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and sits on the board of Directors of a large panel of Hedge Funds.
Steve is highly experienced in project coordination and operational implementation of complex business strategies.
DAVID ORRIT, Director Legal & Compliance
David is responsible for Compliance and Risk Management of the Swiss-Asia Group. A former VicePresident at the Swiss Private Bank Lombard Odier and Director of a Single Family Office in Madrid, David has more than 20 years of Banking and Fund Management experience.
David holds a J.D Degree from the University of Geneva and a Master’s Degree (LL.M in Banking Law) from Boston University School of Law.
